Traditionally vast amounts of electronic data in ASCII format have been exported on tape or disk for the production of microfiche.

Today it is exported in the same way and transferred to CD-Rom.

Why Use CD-Rom?

• All aspects of the database (which can be several million words or number) can be retrieved in seconds.
• Access can be simply a ‘read only’ CD or networked across the World Wide Web.
• Retrieval in slick, as existing PC’s are utilised for viewing and hard copy print backs.

Schedules:

Fast turnaround is always a must to transmit live data back to the client in a minimum period of time.

There is free text retrieval across the complete database with the ability to search on values, dates or names with wild card features.
